The right we're honoring
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
What we share and with whom
Smith Performance Productions LLC, the operator of RepairVerdict™, does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
When advertising measurement is enabled, we may share limited data — including hashed email addresses and event-level conversion data — with advertising and measurement partners (which may include Meta and Google) so we can attribute purchases back to ad clicks. Under CPRA this may qualify as “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.” Plain-text email addresses are never sent to these partners.
Status as of May 5, 2026: server-side conversion APIs may be active in production. The opt-out below applies regardless of current status.

What happens next
We process opt-out requests within 15 business days as required by California law. You do not need to create an account to submit a request, and we will not deny you service for exercising this right.
Other privacy rights
California residents also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected.
- Request deletion of personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information.

Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide written authorization and may take steps to verify the agent's identity and authority.
